ACQUISITION OF 100% OF THE SHARES OF INDUSTRIAS QUÍMICAS CARPO S.L. BY INDUSTRIAS QUÍMICAS KUPSA S.L.

On June 21st, Industrias Químicas Kupsa S.L. formalized the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Industrias Químicas Carpo S.L., headquartered in Mancha Real (Jaén).

Industrias Carpo is a respected company with a long-standing presence in the coatings market, particularly in wood varnishes and metal paints for industrial and professional use.

With this operation, Kupsa aims to enhance its presence in Andalusia by increasing its logistical capabilities and offering additional services to its current customers.

At the same time, there is a strong commitment to the continuity of Carpo's activities, as well as to the retention of all its personnel, whom we warmly welcome to our group of companies.

Kupsa will, in turn, offer its support to Carpo in all aspects where its contribution can help consolidate and increase its presence in the Andalusian and Spanish markets.
