Aware of the importance of complying with the requirements of all its organisation’s stakeholders: shareholders, customers, suppliers, workers, administrations, universities, the community and in order to increase their satisfaction, Industrias Químicas Kupsa and management is committed to the following general principles and commitments which it makes public

- Expert, technically competent and responsible staff who are properly trained in new technologies and means of production.
- Technology suitable for the different processes and compatible with the quality level required by its customers.
- Necessary technical documentation, in the appropriate format, updated and conveniently archived for quick and efficient use.
- Use of the best available technology at our fingertips and a more environmentally friendly approach.

Establish annual objectives based on these general principles.

Comply with applicable legal requirements on environmental and product aspects and with voluntary requirements to which the organisation subscribes.

Ensure total customer satisfaction by meeting the requirements associated with their products, manufacturing products of the highest quality and communicating to the organisation the importance of meeting those requirements.

Implement communication and information channels with all our stakeholders, in relation to our activities and their possible repercussions.

Improve our environmental practices, prevent pollution and reduce the environmental impact generated by the use and handling of chemical and hazardous substances, and by the consumption of water and energy, promoting waste minimisation.

Train and inform our staff appropriately on environmental and quality issues.

Review the System defined for the achievement of these goals and principles annually.
